BORN FROM A TABLE IN LISBON

Fear is a curious force - it can hold you back or push you forward. For nearly five years, it kept me in the “what-ifs,” where my dreams of creating something of my own living only in journals and fleeting thoughts.

I had the background - ten years in marketing and events, another decade in hospitality - and I knew what lit me up: travel, noticing the details that make a place unforgettable, and gathering people in ways that felt meaningful. My friends called it a superpower. I just hadn’t realized it was my calling.

That changed during one night on a month-long trip in Lisbon when I stumbled on Da Noi. A hidden restaurant carved into a cobblestone alley with only ten tables. The chairs were suede, the tableware eclectic, the walls filled with black and white photographs, and candlelight flickered from vintage candlesticks tucked into every corner. From the bar window, cocktails and plates were passed to those willing to wait an hour—or two—without complaint, because the atmosphere was that magnetic.

My friend and I were seated at the Chef’s Table, a three-seat counter pressed against the kitchen. Within moments, we were welcomed like family. Guilherme, the sous chef, guided us through the menu and slipped us a taste of his latest experiment—house-made duck prosciutto. Our server Nina radiated joy, and a fellow New Yorker, Daniel, joined us at the counter and seamlessly became part of our evening. Course after course arrived, each one thoughtful, soulful, and unforgettable.

Somewhere between conversation, an incredible glass of Bordeaux, and a white bean cacio e pepe I still think about to this day, it hit me: this is what hospitality is meant to be. Not cookie-cutter. Not transactional. But a sensory experience that connects people and lingers long after your night ends.

That moment became my spark. When I returned to New York, I knew I was meant to help businesses rediscover hospitality’s true essence through the details, the atmosphere, and the way guests feel.

Looking back, I’m grateful for those five years of hesitation. Every breadcrumb, every sign, every detour prepared me to finally turn “what-ifs” into “let’s find out.” That shift is what created Posh Revelry.

xx,

Kelley

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a taupe top and black pants, sitting cross-legged on a pink velvet bench in a cozy room with a bar cart in the background.

For me, marketing has never been just about numbers—it’s about people. The stories we tell, the connections we create, and the experiences that keep audiences coming back.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve helped grow and shape premium brands in fashion, beauty, and hospitality, guiding them through pivotal stages of growth—from launching new digital platforms to scaling established businesses into their next chapter. My expertise lives at the intersection of campaign strategy, digital marketing, and brand storytelling, with deep experience across email and lifecycle marketing, paid media, content creation, public relations, event planning, and consumer experience.

I’ve built and launched loyalty programs and led exclusive Members Only experiences, creating communities where customers feel rewarded, seen, and connected beyond the transaction. These opportunities taught me how powerful it can be when strategy, creativity, and human connection come together to fuel growth and loyalty.

That belief also inspired me to create Posh Revelry, a consultancy rooted in hospitality and the art of unforgettable guest experiences. Whether through digital channels or in-person moments, I’m passionate about helping businesses design guest experiences that are intentional, memorable, and deeply human.

So, if you're looking for more than just a marketing partner – if you want someone who's deeply invested in building lasting connections, telling authentic stories, and creating meaningful experiences, I'm here for you. Let's collaborate and bring your vision to life.
