October Supper Club: The First Table

The October Supper Club was hosted at Barotta’s Supper Club in Huntington and centered around a four-course, curated Italian dinner inspired by old-school classics.

Seventeen guests gathered around a single communal table styled with dark florals and warm candlelight. The space felt intimate and intentional—cozy, but with a moody edge that set the tone for the night.Bottles of wine were poured and shared at the table as each course was served, and live jazz played throughout the evening, creating an easy, relaxed rhythm without overpowering the experience.

Guests came out to try something new, meet new people, and spend an evening fully present. By the end of the night, introductions had turned into conversations, and conversations into real connections—people lingered, exchanged numbers, and left with new friends.

The October Supper Club was exactly what it was meant to be: a thoughtfully designed dinner, a beautiful setting, and the start of something new for Long Island’s social scene.

Notes From The Table

“I came alone and a little unsure of what to expect. What surprised me most was how quickly the night settled in. Everything felt easy, and at some point I stopped feeling out of my element and just enjoyed being there. Between the food, the wine, and the way the conversation unfolded, it ended up being such a memorable evening and I’m really glad I pushed myself to go.”

“This night was truly beautiful. Every detail felt intentional, and the whole experience unfolded so naturally. It was intimate, thoughtful, and exactly the kind of gathering that feels rare around here. I’m so excited this exists on Long Island.”
